ProMach is seeking an ESG & Sustainability Director. The role is responsible for shaping & leading our comprehensive sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with ProMach’s values & long-term goals. You'll drive our environmental, social, & governance initiatives, oversee public disclosures, & work closely with internal teams to enhance our sustainability performance & reporting.

Responsibilities include:

Define and implement a comprehensive sustainability vision and mission for ProMach aligned with our core values and strategic goals
Update high-level sustainability strategies as needed, incorporating double materiality principles and conducting assessments
Oversee the preparation and publication of sustainability disclosures, including the annual Sustainability Report
Strengthen alignment with recognized reporting standards such as GRI and SASB
Enhance performance in external ratings and ensure compliance with global sustainability disclosure requirements, including the EU CSRD and ESRS standards
Develop and implement environmental and climate-related goals, including GHG emissions and water reduction targets
Serve as the primary contact for sustainability-related interactions with investors, employees, customers, and global stakeholders
Foster a culture of sustainability through communication, engagement, and educational initiatives
Raise awareness of ProMach’s sustainability efforts internally and externally
Oversee the development of a climate-risk strategy, including scenario analysis and sustainability-related risk assessments
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to enhance efficiency in sustainability initiatives

10+ years of experience in corporate sustainability, including roles in consulting, or internal corporate positions focused on designing, implementing, & promoting sustainability programs
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, & presentation abilities
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
Effective teamwork & interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of recognized reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, UNGC)
Familiarity with emerging global regulations & standards, including CSRD & ESRS
Experience with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol & Scope 1, 2, & 3 accounting
Experience with renewable energy procurement methods such as PPAs & VPPAs
