ESG Lawyer
Axiom are currently seeking ESG Lawyers to work with our top F500 clients.
Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with evolving ESG regulations and industry best practices, providing guidance to our clients to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes
- Conduct ESG risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement
- Draft and review ESG-related disclosures, reports, and communications
- Advise on ESG-related matters and assist in setting ESG targets and objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience practicing with a focus on environmental, social, and governance matters
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead ESG initiatives
- Experience with EU requirements is a plus
Compensation, Benefits & Location:
This role offers a range of competitive compensation beginning at $160,000 and a benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites also get access to professional development resources and learning and development programs. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
